The introduction of C-Bot has enabled the Centre de Formation des Services Industriels de Lausanne (C-FOR) to transform the way it supports its apprentices. Designed to answer the most frequently asked questions about the rules of life in a company (working hours, holidays, access requests, etc.), C-Bot significantly reduces the workload of the instructors and supports the students. C-Bot offers 24/7 assistance, simplifying the (sometimes complex) rules and guiding new students through their daily professional lives. It becomes the reference for instant answers, leaving trainers to concentrate on coaching and teaching.
