The aim is to help users navigate more easily around a site rich in content and services. This multilingual chatbot provides real-time assistance and directs users to the relevant information.
Unlike general AI models, the Morges chatbot draws its answers only from the town’s official documents and pages, thereby limiting errors and guaranteeing the reliability of the information. It also stands out for its eco-responsible approach and its compliance with Swiss data protection standards.
