Avec Vous – Lausanne public transport

Following the reopening of the Grand-Pont after a year of works, Transports publics lausannois announced a new bus network for 2023. We created an interactive microsite to help users through this change. To mark the occasion, Deeplink launched an “AI Storyteller”: turning the usual website codes on their head, the page scrolls through the content, using conversation as the main tool for interaction and navigation. Gone is the chatbot in the background, replaced by an integrated AI capable of responding to itinerary requests, explaining changes and guiding users!
