Avec Vous – Lausanne public transport

Since February 2024, work on the future tramway has prevented the buses on line 17 from serving the Port-Franc / Lausanne-Flon section. Deeplink has created a bespoke chatbot to help users adapt to the changes on this line. Powered by artificial intelligence, the assistant can check whether a route is affected by the change. Above all, it gives passengers the opportunity to ask questions on a wide range of topics. The answers are generated automatically from the t-l.ch FAQ by our Document Search AI module. This is based on web pages and a range of documents, to select the relevant content and construct an answer in a human tone.
