They support over 500’000 citizens on a daily basis and offer a wide range of services (electricity, solar, water, fibre optics, sustainable mobility, gas, etc.). With such a rich catalogue, customer service requests are numerous and the service must be efficient. To guarantee a good customer experience, Deeplink has set up a multi-lingual chatbot, available 24/7, which answers frequently asked questions. Better still, it elicits and pre-qualifies more complex requests from users. Thanks to the use of AI, the dialogue is fluid and straight to the point. Special feature: the system runs entirely on an AI hosted in Switzerland, which is compatible with the application regulations of the law on public information (LIPAD) and its application regulations (RIPAD).
